Wildcraft
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
Welcome to Wildcraft. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wildcraft website, app and weekly challenges (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Wildcraft.
1. What Wildcraft is
Wildcraft is a nature-connection membership. We send hands-on outdoor challenges, keep a personal archive of the skills you build, and host a community of fellow Wildcrafters. Some features are free; others are part of a paid membership.
2. Your account
To use certain features you'll create an account. When you do, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login credentials secure and private.
- Take responsibility for activity that happens under your account.
- Let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.
You're responsible for your own account, and you may only access your own data.
3. Membership and payments
Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime, and your membership stays active through the end of the current billing period. Payments are handled by our secure payments provider — we never store your full card details ourselves.
Except where required by law, membership fees are non-refundable. We may adjust pricing for future billing periods, and we'll give you reasonable notice before any change affects you.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Wildcraft lawfully and respectfully. Please don't:
- Break any applicable law or regulation.
- Harass, threaten or harm other members.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Try to access accounts, data or systems that aren't yours.
- Misrepresent who you are or your affiliation with Wildcraft.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the journal entries, notes and photos you add to Wildcraft. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content back to you so we can provide the Service. We don't claim ownership of your finds.
6. Getting outdoors safely
Wildcraft encourages you to explore nature, but the outdoors carries real risks. You're responsible for your own safety and for following local rules and land access laws. Never touch, taste or forage anything you can't confidently identify — our challenges and ID tips are a starting point for curiosity, not expert or medical advice. Take part at your own risk and use good judgment.
7. Our content
The Wildcraft name, logo, challenges, designs and written material are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may enjoy them as part of your membership, but please don't copy, resell or redistribute them without permission.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wildcraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.
9. Changes and ending your membership
We may update these Terms from time to time; if a change is significant we'll give notice on this page. You can stop using Wildcraft and cancel your membership at any time, and we may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
