We keep this to what we genuinely need to run the Service:

• Your activity — challenges you complete, journal entries and notes you create, and badges you earn.
• Basic technical data — things like device and browser type, used to keep the Service secure and working well.

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain your account and challenges.
• Save your progress, archive and badges.
• Send important account and membership updates.
• Respond to your questions and support requests.
• Improve Wildcraft and keep it safe.

When you subscribe, payments are processed by our secure third-party payments provider. Your full card number is handled by that provider and is never stored on Wildcraft's servers. We keep only what we need to know that your membership is active.

We don't sell your personal information. We only share it when needed to run the Service — for example with trusted providers who host our infrastructure or process payments — or when required by law. Anything shared in the community (like a post or comment) is visible to other members by your choice.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work hard to safeguard your data and only keep it as long as we need to provide the Service or meet legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that's inaccurate or out of date.
• Ask us to delete your account and personal data.
• Object to certain uses of your information.

You can view and manage most of your details right inside your Wildcraft profile.

Wildcraft isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we'll remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, provide additional notice.
